This is how you can place a bid in advance in our coin and antique auctions from home or away from home: If you have found something you wish to buy in the online catalogue, click on the "Bid" button and your bidding list will be created. As soon as you have made a list of all the items, simply send the bidding list to us online.

• Please register on AUEX (at least 24 hours before the auction starts).
• Activate your registration with the link in your confirmation email.
• The registration process has finished now. You will receive your login data with an email.
• You already have the opportunity to place your bids now.
• On the day of the auction only a quick login is necessary for being "live" any time at our auction.

If you would like to bid by phone, please give us at least two telephone numbers at which we can contact you on the date of the auction. Please let us know written at least 48 hours before the auction the items you would like us to call you for and make sure that you can be reached when your items are being auctioned. The schedule in the auction catalogue will help you to estimate the time of the auction.

Bidding in several languages

Our employees will call you on the date of the auction once as a test and then a second time before your lot number is called out. You can bid in German, English, Italian, French or Russian - the choice is yours.
If you would like to bid at GM for the first time, please name at least one coin or art dealer that you have purchased from in the past as a reference.

If you cannot attend our auctions in coins and antique art in person you can send us your bids in writing, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail. To do so, please download our bidding form onto your computer and print it out. After completing the form, you can send it to us by post, fax or e-mail.

Please send us your order at an early stage: If bids are put in for the same amount, the bid received first will be accepted.
